Our experience for 1981 in the manufacture of custom-made flight cases, allows us to offer you personalized solutions adapted to your packaging and operating needs.

We are a French manufacturer of reusable packaging for shipping equipment by truck, plane or boat.
The flight cases is a robust and reusable transport and storage box. It is intended for the packaging and protection of fragile equipment which requires movement and/or safe storage.
We are present in many business sectors such as the aeronautical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

We have 8000m² of premises which bring together a research and management platform, a production and storage site. This proximity guarantees quality production and rapid manufacturing times.
The performance of our management tools, our large stock of raw materials, our modern and efficient production site allow us to manage, manufacture and ship large volumes quickly.

Our team is trained to support you and manage packaging and transport projects as a whole:

• The study: Our design office made up of 5 engineers and technicians is at your disposal to study your projects, analyze your constraints and offer you personalized and adapted technical solutions.
• Design: for a tailor-made manufacturing, once the packaging solution has been defined, our design office draws 3D plans that we send to you for validation before the boxes are manufactured.
• Manufacturing: the flight cases are entirely manufactured in our premises in Alsace.
• Shipping: packages are shipped by trusted carrier.
• Delivery: a delay of 24 to 72 hours is necessary for delivery in mainland France, from the date of departure from our docks.
For the manufacture of a custom-made transport case, allow around 3 weeks. If necessary, the time limit is to be agreed upon when ordering.

For Rythmes & Sons, the choice of materials (wood and accessories) used in the manufacture of our flight cases is the subject of special attention.
We select our suppliers in order to offer quality components and raw materials.
We favor local or European suppliers. Rythmes & Sons checkouts are manufactured using numerically controlled machines. The precision of our production tools guarantees reproducible quality of the boxes.
