Rythmes & Sons will therefore never be held responsible for the nature of an ad's contents on the site, nor for the consequences resulting from an ad's publication (notably, but not limited to, any form of fraud or theft) |

Each ad must be approved by Rythmes & sons before being put online. During a limited publication period set by Rythmes & Sons (60 days), the ads may me removed by Rythmes & Sons without prior notice. This may occur, but is not limited to, the ad no longer meeting the charter. At no point, may the author of the Want Ad claim for compensation of any type from Rythmes & Sons. |

The products offered for sale must be, without exception, percussion instruments, flight-cases or orchestral furniture. Rythmes & Sons will approve each ad before it goes live. Along side this ad, Rythmes & sons will also suggest an equivalent, new product. |
